October IFTA Updates

October is typically when busy season starts. You can make sure all your information is up to date and submitted on time by fulfilling the requirements below. Feel free to contact us should you have any questions.

  • Q32014 Fuel taxes are due before or by 10/31/2014. After October 31st penalties and interest will apply. There will be an extra fee for reports that you send during the three (3) days before the deadline (Oct 31st).
  • UCR, IFTA, NM, OR renewals start October 1st.
  • IFTA credentials are valid until December 31 of the year they were issued.
  • Make sure all balances are paid to avoid delays on IFTA permit renewals when filed.
  • If you need to fulfill a Registration (IRP or CA only) make sure you have paid all parking tickets, finalize any transactions on the vehicle (example: title transfers or fees due).
